Contest is open only to residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
To enter you have to follow Canadian Beef on Instagram located @LoveCDNBeef, once you follow it create an Instagram post with a beef dish you created or are eating using the #TheOneAndOnlyBeefContest hashtag.
This contest closes on December 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm ET. Winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
