why do you still hand out receipts and survey entry codes in April, when the contest ended Jan 31st!! That seems like false advertising. Very misleading!

As this is the closest thing to what I want, I will vent here. You advertise several different types of soda pop for $3.99 a dozen, however repeatedly when I go to your stores to buy said pop, there is none available, so for the last three times that you have advertised Nestea Zero, I have made a concerted effort to buy said product. I have visited nine different locations during this quest so, in my experience as a government purchasing officer, I have come to the conclusion that this is not a problem on an individual location, but a corporate problem. If you cannot provide the product, you should not advertise it. It is no longer a loss leader because, based on my experience, if you don’t have what I want, on a continuing basis, I am not going to purchase anything, and I will get it elsewhere

Did they mean Jan. 31st, 2021? Maybe it’s a typo.
The branch on Lakeshore W. in Bronte ( SW Oakville) has the friendliest, most helpful staff of any pharmacy around. That includes the front end staff as well….cashiers , shelf stockers … The prescription phone-in system has worked well for me for the last 3 years I’ve been back here,and your script is always ready by the time promised by their machine, which runs out of Rexall central HQ, not the individual store. You couldn’t rely on better pharmacists than those at this branch for suggestions on non-prescription items either. I wouldn’t shop down the street to the east if you paid me to.

at The Rexall branch in OTTAWA – (900 Greenbank Road) on Sept 20, 2020, I received exemplary service from NOAH.
I was having difficulty using my BeWell card for the first time, with activating my new card and then applying for the special discounts. It was quite laborious for him, as he then had to refund my whole purchase, and redo it after my card was set up properly. Luckily no other client was waiting, but his good humour and attentiveness was phenomenal. Thanks Noah!!
shopping at Rexall is always a pleasure as I always find some nice items.
where is the entry code supposed to go???
I shopped on October 27, 2020. I did not receive my points on the items purchased. I had to phone a number in eastern Canada the next day to get the points. I agree with all the others – Why does the receipt continue to say visit tellrexall to receive a discount and entries, when no such contest exists.
I believe this is misleading advertising and the company should be charged. New program for tracking our purchases or not. What profit is being made by that? There is definitely problems at the Corporate Office. Pay attention to your customers Rexall! I for one will be changing pharmacies!
